EASY SNACKS REQUIRES ALL PERSONNEL TO HAVE ID BADGE ON AT ALL TIMES WHEN WORKING. THIS IS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES AND SO CUSTOMERS CAN BE ASSURED YOU ARE FROM EASY SNACKS. 

OTHER

NO SMOKING or Vaping IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME WHILE WORKING, NO SMOKING or Vaping  is  TO TAKE PLACE WITHIN 15 FEET OF THE ITEMS OR PROPERTY (AT ALL TIMES) and is not allowed around customers or orders.

Easy Snacks & Haycraft Grocery Is A Drug Free Workplace. 

SUBSTANCE ABUSE If you work under the influence of drugs or alcohol, you pose an unacceptable safety risk to yourself and others. Drugs may include illegal drugs, controlled or certain legal substances or misused prescription medication. You are expected to perform your job duties free from the influence of any substance that could impair job performance. If you have a drug or alcohol problem, you are encouraged to seek assistance. 

What is considered substance abuse and prohibited under our Code? 

• Working under the influence of alcohol or drugs on or off premises, including remotely on video conference platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). 

• Possessing, selling, using, transferring or distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances while working or on the premises. 

• Working while impaired by a lawful drug, prescription medication or over-thecounter drug

All relationships at EASY SNACKS SP. are to be conducive to a professional environment and effective business operation. No employee should be involved in an intimate, romantic, or dating relationship with any employee under his or her direct or indirect supervision. If such a relationship develops, it is the responsibility of both parties to immediately inform the Supervisor. Easy Snacks Sp., at its sole discretion, may reassign one or both employees to an available position for which the employee is qualified. If a transfer is not possible, the dating couple may be required to determine which partner will resign within a defined timeframe.

Employees who allow personal relationships with coworkers to affect the working environment will be subject to the appropriate provisions of the progressive disciplinary action. Failure to change behavior and/or maintain expected work responsibilities will be grounds for further disciplinary action.

This policy is not intended to discourage friendships between employees.

The restrictions on romantic relationships apply regardless of the sexual orientation of the employees involved. Thus, this policy applies equally to opposite-sex and same-sex relationships.

Failure to make required disclosures or comply with a recommendation to resolve a conflict with this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Furthermore, refusal of reasonable alternative positions, if available, will be deemed a voluntary resignation.

Also Note All Policies May Be Adjusted By A Qualified Director Of Easy Snacks Sp. Example Of Adjusting Above, Two Employees Relationship By Marriage Is Allowed But Public Affection Will Not,All Conversation Between Two Must Stay Within Work And Professional Manner.  

There is no law in Illinois or on a federal level requiring such a policy. It is merely an attempt to come to grips with what can become a very difficult and complex workplace issue. Some companies prefer more general "conflict of interest" policies. There are many formulations in companies. Employers should consider what will best help them.

You must never engage in workplace harassment, which includes unwelcome verbal, visual, physical or other conduct of any kind that causes others to feel uncomfortable or creates an intimidating, offensive or hostile work environment. While the legal definition of harassment may vary by jurisdiction, we consider the following non-exhaustive list to be unacceptable behavior: 

• Sexual harassment. 

• Offensive language, jokes or degrading comments.

 • Racial, ethnic, gender or religious slurs. 

• Intimidating or threatening behavior. Remember that harassment, sexual or otherwise, is determined by your actions and how they impact others, regardless of your intentions. If you or someone else is the subject of discrimination or harassment, speak up and report it.
