ACCESS & PHOTO ID BADGE |EASY SNACKS POLICIES SECTION 6| ACCESS TO AREAS OF THIS BUSINESS IS SPECIFIED DIFFERENTLY PER LOCATION BUT LOCATIONS WITH SIGNS AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY, REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE A EASY SNACKS PHOTO ID BADGE AT ALL TIMES, BADGE REQUIREMENT IS  APPLIED AT ALL TIMES NOT JUST LOCATION SPECIFIC, MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE WORKING ON OR OFF PROPERTY 

ALL EASY SNACKS LOCATIONS MAY NOT BE ACCESSED WITHOUT BEING AUTHORIZED EXCEPT WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED 

THIS ALSO APPLIES TO EASY SNACKS BICYCLES AND OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORTATION

BICYCLES AND OTHER MODES OF TRANSPORTATION MAY NOT BE RIDDEN OR DRIVEN BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL 

Drugs including Marijuana and/or alcohol will not be allowed on any Easy Snacks Property or Premises 

IMPORTANT BADGE LEGAL INFORMATION

Identification badge is the sole property of Easy Snacks and is issued for official business purposes only.

The badge is assigned to the named employee and is non-transferable. It may not be shared, loaned, duplicated, altered, or used by any other individual.

Some badges may include access credentials for company facilities or systems. Unauthorized possession, use, duplication, or retention of any badge or embedded access credential is strictly prohibited.

All badges must be returned immediately upon expiration, termination of employment, or upon request. Lost or stolen badges must be reported immediately.

Unauthorized use or retention will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination and may subject the individual to civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable Illinois and federal law, including but not limited to:

• 720 ILCS 5/21-3 (Criminal Trespass)

• 720 ILCS 5/16-1 (Theft)

• 720 ILCS 5/17-2 (False Personation)

• 720 ILCS 5/17-51 (Computer Tampering, if applicable)

• 18 U.S.C. § 1030 (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, if applicable)
