THE LABELS ARE NOT TO BE TAPED TO THE BAGS ONLY STAPLED

THE SERVICE BILLS FOR FAST SNACKS ARE TO BE PAID BY THE 25TH DAY OF EACH MONTH OR A $5 LATE FEE WILL BE CHARGED

CUSTOM REQUEST ORDERS TAKE 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE TO THE CUSTOMER AND ARE NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

CUSTOMER ADDRESS

CUSTOMER MUST FILL OUT A CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM AND NOTIFY US OF ANY CHANGES 2 WEEKS PRIOR OF MOVE OR CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF NO MORE THAN $1.50 BUT NO LESS THAN $0.50 DUE TO FULFILLMENT CENTER ISSUES THIS WILL CAUSE

AS OF SEPTEMBER 6TH 2018 THE OPTION TO RECEIVE ORDERS EVERY OTHER MONTH IS NOW UNAVAILABLE THIS HOWEVER DOES NOT AFFECT CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE SERVICE PRIOR TO SEPT 6TH 2018.

CARRIER MUST PLACE SORRY WE MISSED YOU IF NO RESPONSE WITHIN 1-5 MINUTES DEPENDING ON DECISION OF DELIVERY PERSONNEL OR IF THERE IS A HIGH NUMBER OF OTHER ORDERS TO DELIVER CARRIER MUST SCAN ID TAG AFTER SCANNING ORDER DELIVERED

LABELS

LABELS WILL CONTAIN ORDER ID NUMBER,LOCATION AND CUSTOMER ADDRESS. THE CUSTOMER THAT IS LOCATED IN A DELIVERY ZONE ZIP CODE BUT NOT IN THE SAME TOWNSHIP WILL HAVE THE ZONE NUMBER CITY NAME AND ZIP CODE. ANY ORDERS OUT OF 62049 WILL BE DONE LIKE THAT AS WELL.

TAPE

NO TAPE WILL GO OVER BARCODE OF LABEL

LABEL WILL BE TAPED ON TO THE ORDER BAG IN THE WAY TRAINED BY EASY SNACKS DELIVERY SERVICE.

DELIVERY SERVICE CUSTOMER PROFILE

AFTER ANY CHANGES ARE MADE TO A CUSTOMER PROFILE THE PAPER COPIES ARE TO BE STAMPED AND FILED WITH CUSTOMER RECORDS AND 3 NEW UPDATED COPIES ARE TO BE PRINTED AND ONE OF THE THREE GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER.

FEES AND MORE

OUR FEES FOR STANDARD DELIVERY GO AS FOLLOWED, $0.50 6.0 OZ OR LESS $1.50 IF OVER 6.0 OZ

OUR FEES FOR FAST SNACKS ONE DAY IS $2.00 FLAT RATE FEE

OUR REOCCURRING DELIVERY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ORDERS CONTAINING 6.0 OZ OR LESS HAVE FREE DELIVERY IF THE CUSTOMER HAS A ORDER WEIGHT MORE THAN 6.0 OZ THAN IT WILL BE $1.50 WITHIN ZONES. IF A CUSTOMER IS WITHIN OUR LOW NUMBER ZONES ( CLOSE TO WAREHOUSE ) THEY MAY REQUEST EXEMPT FROM FEES BUT MUST PAY MONTHLY OR THE CUSTOMER MAY MISS A DELIVERY. IF THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES NOT TO PAY MONTHLY THEY WILL HAVE TO SIGN AGREEMENT OF SURCHARGE FROM $0.50 TO $1.50 DEPENDING ON TIME AND MILEAGE.IF THE CUSTOMER CHOICE IS TO "MISS ORDERS IF NOT AVAILABLE" THEY WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT SCHEDULED NEARBY DELIVERY ROUTE. If a sales representative goes to a customer and no sale is made then a $5 fee will be applied. this is waived if customer states no sales rep is needed that day and calls a day ahead.

CHANGES

ANY CHANGES MADE TO ORDER MUST BE 2 DAYS PRIOR TO OF PROCESSING (IF RECURRING) IF A ORDER IS DELIVERED AND PERSON CAN NOT PAY WE WILL HOLD ORDER UNTIL CUSTOMER CAN PAY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENTS OF THE ORDER AFTER REFUSAL AND HOLD PROCESS, IF ANY ITEMS ARE PAST EXPIRATION DATE OR NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION WE CAN NOT REFUND ORDER OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

SCANNING ORDERS

AS OF DECEMBER 1,2018 ORDERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE SCANNED UNTIL TRANSIT AND DELIVERY STEPS DUE TO THE NEW ORDER TRACKING SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT NEED SCAN DATA. SCAN DATA IS NOW ONLY FOR PROOF OF DELIVERY TO CUSTOMER, IF A ORDER IS UPDATED IN SYSTEM AS DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED ON SCANNER WE WOULD KNOW THAT IT IS NOT DELIVERED, ALSO IF CUSTOMER DOES STATE THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ORDER WE WILL CHECK SCAN DATA, SCAN DATA IS ONLY HELD FOR LIMITED TIME, AT 5:00 PM THE FOLLOWING DAY RECORDS ARE REMOVED FROM SCANNER, IF CUSTOMER DOES NOT REPORT MISSING ORDERS WITHIN THE TIME FRAME AND THE SYSTEM SHOWS THE IT WAS DELIVERED THE CUSTOMER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF ORDER, IF CUSTOMER CALLS WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF ORDER (IF NOT RECURRING) AND 1 WEEK (IF RECURRING) THE CUSTOMER MAY RECEIVE REFUND OF DELIVERY FEE IF DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE AFTER THE RECORDS WERE CHECKED, ALL RECORDS ARE CHECKED AFTER EACH ROUTE AND THE CARRIER MUST SCAM ID TAG

ANY OTHER INFORMATION WILL BE ADDED BY A TRAINER OF THE EASY SNACKS DELIVERY SERVICE STEPS AND VIDEO THAT WILL BE MADE BECAUSE PROCESS INFORMATION WILL BE DIFFERENT THAN A POLICY AND CAN NOT BE PUT IN OUR POLICIES AS THEY MAY CHANGE.

SNACK BOX SALES

SALES MUST MEET $15 OR MORE A WEEK IN ORDER TO STAY LONGER THAN 1-2 WEEKS. BOX PRICES,ITEMS,PLACEMENT & REMOVAL CAN CHANGE AT ANY TIME AT OUR REQUEST.IF SALES DO NOT MEET THE $15 A WEEK SALES CRITERIA THE BOX WILL BE REMOVED AT ANY TIME AT OUR REQUEST AFTER THE 1 WEEK OF SALE. THE BOX THAT HAS LOW SALES MUST NOT STAY LONGER THAN 2-3 WEEKS.

BOXES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE SEASONAL BUT MAY IF REQUESTED BY DIRECTOR
