Personnel Communication
Monthly Communication is required to keep contract active.
Additional Details:
If A Contractor or Employee is Scheduled or has Scheduled a day/time to work and is unable to complete work or arrive at the worksite on time the personnel must contact us to reschedule or alert us of changes. If contact is not made and the personnel does not complete work/arrive at location when scheduled it will cause disruption in workflow and will result in personnel receiving a violation notice.
Examples of how this may apply to our Independent Contact Personnel
Independent contractors that do not notify us within a timely manner of not arriving to a worksite on time
Sales Reps scheduling a visit with a client, DO NOT contact the client, contact us to then reschedule or reassign visit with the client
